I made some delicious Chick’n Parm, using my favorite chicken substitute, Gardein Chick’n Scallopini.
How to:
Sautée the chick’n scallopini, and preheat your oven to 350ºF. Coat the bottom of a glass casserole dish with marinara, and place the chick’n on top. Cover in sauce, and shredded vegan cheese. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until all the cheese is melted. Done! I served this on top of pasta, and with a side of sauteed greens.
